Terms of Use — Momtivation App (LeadClosers d.o.o.)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Momtivation App (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of the Service

The Momtivation App provides:

Fitness workouts and training programs
Healthy recipes
Community Feed for user interaction
Discounts, affiliate offers, and partner promotions
Personalized recommendations
Step tracking via Apple Health / Recording API (with permission)

The App does not provide medical advice.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

4. User Account and Registration

To access full features, users must provide:

Name
Email
Phone number
Password (encrypted)

Users may also log in using Apple, Google, or Facebook.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

Share false or misleading information
Post harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Upload content that violates copyrights
Use the App for commercial, unlawful, or abusive purposes

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

All workouts and suggestions in the App are general wellness content.
Users must exercise at their own risk.
Consult a healthcare professional before engaging in physical activity—especially after pregnancy or if you have medical conditions.

7. Apple Health / Recording API Integration

The App may read step count, distance, and calorie data only with explicit permission.
The App does not write any data into Apple Health.
Data is used solely for progress tracking and never for marketing purposes.

8. User-Generated Content (Feed)

You are responsible for all content you submit, including:

Text posts
Photos
Comments

Content may be removed if it violates community guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, videos, and materials within the App belong to LeadClosers d.o.o.
They may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

10. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Offers

The App displays external offers (eSky, Coursera, partner brands).
We are not responsible for the accuracy, security, or content of third-party websites.

11. Termination of Accounts

LeadClosers d.o.o. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may delete their accounts at any time via App settings.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is,” without guarantees of:

uninterrupted operation
accuracy or reliability of information
error-free performance

13. Limitation of Liability

LeadClosers d.o.o. is not responsible for:

injuries resulting from workouts
incorrect information entered by users
third-party services or external websites
data loss beyond reasonable control

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and applicable EU regulations.
